Black Deal were born inside Turin’s juvenile prison, Istituto Ferrante Aporti, at the beginning of the 1980s. It includes two residents and an outsider, the only instrumentalist with some experience: Max Cavagliato, very young drummer of Zauber. The guitarist Danilo Ghiglieri of Fil Di Ferro collaborates occasionally.

After an intense period of preparation, the group makes its live debut in one of the most important venues of the Turin Underground: Il Centralino. Followed by dates at the Big, at the Metro and in other spaces, indoors and outdoors. Black Deal often share the stage with Zauber, with whom the guitarist also collaborates for the recordings of “Gente” and “Est”. They participate in the compilations “Profumo di Rovina” and “Made in Italy”. Their success grows and brings them to the top of the preferences of local metalheads in just a few months.

Emancipated, for better or for worse, from the prudent tutelage of the Zaubers and having overcome certain legal impediments, they hire a singer (Marco Bregadin) and begin to tour Italy, with excellent results.
However, character clashes and self-destructive falls quickly lead them to dissolution which shortly precedes the death of two members.
The survivor Max Cavagliato (main author of the lyrics) remains in the hands of a master of unpublished songs that photographs the energy of a desperate and talented meteor.
